30 DAY TRACKING CASE STUDY
30 DAY TRACKING CASE STUDY
3 HANDLERS WANTED
I’m looking for three dog and handler teams to participate in a 30 day tracking case study.
THE GOAL
The goal is simple. To see how much a dog’s tracking ability can improve through consistent training over 30 days.
Successful applicants will undergo an initial assessment to establish their dog’s current tracking ability.
From there, you’ll complete 30 consecutive days of training with individual guidance and daily video feedback.
At the end of the 30 days, we’ll repeat the same assessment and compare the results.
WHO CAN APPLY?
Beginners and experienced handlers are welcome. Your dog doesn’t need to be an exceptional tracker, but it must have the motivation and desire to work.
THE CONDITIONS
• Commit to 30 consecutive days of training, including weekends.
• Film and upload your training every day.
• Follow the prescribed training exercises and implement the feedback provided.
• Be willing to dedicate time each day to training. Some sessions can be completed in as little as 15 minutes.
• Have an active membership in The Tracking Club if selected.
IMPORTANT: If you miss a required training day or video upload, you’ll be removed from the case study. Your regular Tracking Club membership will remain unaffected.
I’m looking for committed handlers who are prepared to put in the work. If you cannot commit to all 30 days, please don’t apply.
Applications close: 3 November 2026
Case study begins: 10 November 2026
Only three teams will be selected. Successful applicants will be contacted for the next stage of the selection process.
Interetsed? Fill out the application form below, short listed applicants to be contacted only.
